Some wedding days just feel like magic from start to finish, and Alisha and Greg’s stunning August celebration at Silvertip Resort was exactly that. With clear blue skies overhead and the breathtaking Rockies all around, it could not have been a more perfect day to bring their vision to life.
Their ceremony took place at the beautiful gazebo, one of my favourite spots at Silvertip. With mountain peaks in the distance and soft live music filling the air, Alisha walked down the aisle surrounded by delicate florals in soft pinks, creamy whites, butterscotch tones, and fresh greenery, artfully designed by Willow Flower Co. It was simple, elegant, and full of heart, just like them.
One of my favourite parts of the day was their private first look. Tucked away by the lake, with turquoise water shimmering behind them, they shared their vows with no one but each other, and Sarah Pukin Photography captured every moment so beautifully. From there, they wandered into the forest for photos, the sun peeking through the trees in the most magical way. Their wedding party soon joined in, and the laughter and excitement carried all the way to the ceremony.
After saying their “I do”s in front of their family and friends, Alisha and Greg headed inside to celebrate. The reception was set with soft champagne tones, greenery, and delicate touches of blush and white. The lighting by Silvermoon Productions added a warm, romantic glow, creating the perfect atmosphere for dinner, toasts, and dancing.
Every detail was so thoughtfully chosen, from Alisha’s stunning gown with delicate beading to Greg’s dark olive suit that tied in perfectly with the natural surroundings. Their cake by Kake by Darci was a showstopper, and their guests ended the night celebrating under the stars with sparklers in hand before dancing the night away to tunes by Visual Sound Waves.
A huge thank you to the incredible team of vendors who helped make this day unforgettable. It was a joy to help Alisha and Greg bring their dream day to life.
