Sarah & Anthony

Sarah and Anthony’s wedding was a celebration of love, colour, and connection set against the stunning backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. It was a summer day filled with warmth and joy, perfectly reflecting the couple’s vibrant and heartfelt story.

The ceremony took place on Tunnel Mountain, with sweeping views of Banff surrounding their guests. The setting was nothing short of spectacular. Elegant gold chairs lined the aisle, framed by lush floral arrangements from Flowers by Janie. Pops of pink, purple, yellow, and green created a garden-like feel that felt both whimsical and elevated.

Sarah and Anthony’s vows were deeply personal and moving. Anthony shared how everything began with a simple dating app message in January 2020, a message Sarah initially ignored, and how months later, one notification changed everything. He spoke of finding a love he never expected, a love that felt so simple and right. Sarah, in turn, shared how meeting Anthony dissolved her fears of commitment and brought her a sense of home she had longed for. Their words were filled with humour, honesty, and a promise to grow together through all the chapters to come.

Live music by Ensemble Cascade added a beautiful touch to the ceremony, underscoring the emotional atmosphere as the couple exchanged their vows surrounded by friends and family.

After the ceremony, everyone made their way to the Vermillion Room at the iconic Banff Springs Hotel. The space itself has a natural sophistication and charm, and it was enhanced with colourful, garden-inspired florals that tied the celebration together. The long banquet table was set for an intimate dinner, bringing guests together to share stories, laughter, and incredible cuisine.

Sweet details filled the reception, including a cake by Whippt, décor by Mountain Event Rentals, and seamless transportation provided by Patagonia. Sarah’s timeless bridal look was created by Blush & Coco, perfectly complementing the natural elegance of the day.

Corrina Walker Photography and Parfait Productions captured the magic of the celebration, from the awe-inspiring mountaintop ceremony to the joyful moments shared over dinner and toasts.

Sarah and Anthony’s wedding was a true reflection of their love, colourful, heartfelt, and unforgettable. From a serendipitous message on a dating app to a day surrounded by breathtaking views and their closest loved ones, every moment felt like a perfect beginning.
