Grace & James
Grace and James were married on a beautiful Saturday in June at Silvertip Resort. Their wedding was romantic, stylish, and filled with thoughtful details, from custom newspaper programs and vintage typewriters to white parasols and flowers throughout the ceremony and reception. The morning began at The Malcolm Hotel, where Grace got ready before meeting James for their first look along Spring Creek. The water, trees, and surrounding mountains gave them a quiet, private setting before the rest of the day began.
From there, Magnifik Photography took the couple into the mountains for portraits. The gallery moves between light, airy images beside the water and more dramatic photographs among the trees and rocky landscapes. Grace’s long veil, floral gown, soft bouquet, and white parasols added to the romantic feel of the photos. Their ceremony took place outside at Silvertip, with the mountains visible beyond the venue’s wooden gazebo. Fall For Florals covered the gazebo in white and blush flowers, with matching arrangements lining both sides of the aisle. The result was full and striking while still allowing the surrounding views to remain part of the setting.
Inside, the reception continued the same soft palette. White linens, wooden cross-back chairs, blush and peach flowers, and plenty of candlelight filled the room. Rentals from Mountain Event Rentals and Modern Rentals helped carry the vintage-inspired design through the evening.
Silvermoon Productions strung warm lights throughout the exposed wooden beams, giving the room an inviting glow once the sun began to set. Elevated arrangements added height to the tables, while lower floral pieces brought colour to the sweetheart table, cake display, and other spaces throughout the room. The wedding cake from Bake My Day was displayed above a meadow of flowers and surrounded by tall candles. After dinner and speeches, Revolution Entertainment brought everyone onto the dance floor, while Snap Beauty gave guests another way to capture the celebration.
Grace and James’ wedding was beautifully designed, deeply romantic, and full of personality. It was an incredible day in the mountains, and we were honoured to help bring it to life.
